These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UptyBots.com website and its services (“Service”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
UptyBots.com is a monitoring service that provides tools for tracking the status of websites, APIs, SSL certificates, domain expirations, host availability, port scanning, and other related monitoring features.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use UptyBots.com.
We may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective once published on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between UptyBots.com (operated by Pe Kindratiuk Oleh) and the end user ("you").
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Service" — the UptyBots.com monitoring platform, an online platform provided as a software service, including all features, tools, and related services available through the website.
- "User" — any individual or entity that accesses, registers, or uses the Service.
- "Account" — a personal profile created by the User to access and manage the Service.
- "Monitor" — a configured task within the Service that performs checks such as website uptime, API response, SSL validity, domain expiration, host availability, port scanning, and similar monitoring operations.
- "Credits" — prepaid funds deposited by the User, which are used to pay for monitoring services at a rate of $0.50 per month per monitor. Credits can be purchased via Bitcoin (BTC), Paddle, FastSpring, or other supported payment providers.
- "Subscription" — an automated monthly payment plan processed via Paddle, FastSpring, or other supported payment providers, providing access to monitoring services for a fixed period.
- "BTC Payments" — payments made in Bitcoin (BTC). Such payments are non-refundable.
- "Supported Payment Providers" — payments processed via supported payment providers, including both Credit purchases and Subscriptions. This includes services like Paddle, FastSpring, and others.
- "Payments" — payments processed via supported payment providers, including both Credit purchases and Subscriptions.
- "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to UptyBots.com, the provider of the Service.
- "You", "Your" — refers to the User accessing or using the Service.
3. Eligibility
By using UptyBots.com, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement with UptyBots.com.
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- You will not use the Service to monitor, scan, attack, or otherwise interfere with any systems or resources that you do not own or do not have explicit permission to monitor.
- You understand and agree that any misuse of the Service may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you must not register for or use the Service.
4. Description of Service
UptyBots.com is an online monitoring platform designed to help users track the status and availability of their digital resources. The Service provides tools for:
- Monitoring websites (HTTP/HTTPS uptime and response checks)
- Monitoring API endpoints and response times
- Checking SSL/TLS certificate validity and expiration dates
- Tracking domain name expiration dates
- Performing ping checks to verify host availability
- Conducting port scanning and port availability checks
- Aggregating monitoring data from multiple distributed servers (“bots”) located in different regions worldwide
While UptyBots.com strives to provide accurate and reliable monitoring data, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service may occasionally produce false positives or false negatives due to network conditions, server-side restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or server outages.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, 100% accuracy, or availability of monitoring results.
- All monitoring features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
By using the Service, you agree that UptyBots.com shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or from any inaccuracies in monitoring data.
5. Account Registration & Security
To access and use certain features of UptyBots.com, you must create an account (“Account”). By registering, you agree to:
- Provide a valid and accurate email address during registration and keep it up to date.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Immediately notify us by submitting a ticket via our support system: https://ticket.uptybots.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
- Understand that we are not responsible for any loss of Credits, Subscription time, monitoring data, or other information due to compromised accounts caused by weak passwords or user negligence.
UptyBots.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time if we suspect unauthorized activity, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
6. Payments & Pricing
UptyBots.com offers two payment methods for accessing monitoring services: Credits and Subscriptions. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.
6.1. Credit Payments
Credits allow you to prepay for monitoring services and are deducted automatically based on the number of active monitors in your account.
- The current rate is $0.50 per monitor per month.
- Credits can be purchased via Bitcoin (BTC) or supported payment providers.
- Credits are consumed automatically on a monthly basis, depending on the number of monitors you have configured.
- Unused Credits remain in your account until consumed or until your account is deleted.

Refunds:
- Bitcoin (BTC) Payments: non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Credits purchased via supported payment providers: refundable only before credits are used. Once Credits are consumed, no refunds will be provided.
6.2. Subscription Payments
Subscriptions provide access to monitoring services on a recurring monthly basis and are billed automatically through supported payment providers.
- The subscription fee depends on the selected plan and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds:
- All subscription refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the supported payment provider.
- UptyBots.com does not provide additional refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by the payment provider or applicable law.
6.3. General Payment Terms
- By making any payment, you authorize UptyBots.com and its supported payment providers to process the transaction.
- All payments are final unless otherwise stated in this document or required by applicable law.
- UptyBots.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will be effective upon publication on the website and will not affect payments already completed.
7. Refund Policy
UptyBots.com aims to provide a clear and transparent refund policy. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
7.1. Bitcoin (BTC) Payments
- All payments made via Bitcoin (BTC) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect wallet addresses, payment errors, unused monitoring time, or any other reason.
- By choosing BTC as your payment method, you accept the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
7.2. Credit Payments (via supported payment providers)
- Credits purchased via supported payment providers are refundable only if unused.
- Refund requests for unused Credits must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by submitting a ticket via our support system: https://ticket.uptybots.com .
- Once Credits have been applied to active monitors, they are considered consumed and are not eligible for refund.
7.3. Subscription Payments
- Subscription payments are processed automatically on a recurring basis via supported payment providers.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard, with access remaining active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds for subscription payments are handled in accordance with the policies of the supported payment provider, including any applicable refund periods.
7.4. General Refund Terms
- All payments made via supported payment providers are governed by the respective provider’s buyer terms, including any applicable refund policies.
- Paddle-specific: Paddle payments are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support system: https://ticket.uptybots.com and will be reviewed individually.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or violations of these Terms.
Note: While the general Terms cover all supported payment providers, Paddle-specific rules (including the 14-day refund policy) apply as detailed in Section 17.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a manner that may harm UptyBots.com or other users.
You may request to close your account at any time by submitting a ticket via our support system: https://ticket.uptybots.com.
Upon account termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked, and all related data, including monitoring configurations, logs, and account information, may be permanently deleted. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
Please note that termination of your account does not entitle you to any refunds, including unused credits or partial subscription periods.
9. Service Availability & Maintenance
UptyBots.com strives to provide continuous and reliable monitoring services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. You acknowledge and agree that temporary downtime may occur due to various reasons, including, but not limited to:
- Scheduled system maintenance and software updates;
- Unexpected technical issues, server failures, or hardware malfunctions;
- Network outages, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events beyond our control;
- Security upgrades or emergency fixes required to protect the Service and its users.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance whenever possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or other consequences resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Data Collection & Privacy
UptyBots.com respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and processing of certain information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our monitoring features.

- Billing Data: Payment history, subscription details, and transaction records.
- Service Usage Data: Monitored URLs, IPs, domains, SSL certificates, and related monitoring configurations.
- Technical Data: Logs, error reports, and performance statistics for troubleshooting and optimization.
10.2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for:
- Providing and maintaining monitoring services;
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions or credits;
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- Improving service stability and user experience.
10.3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data may only be shared when strictly required to:
- Process payments securely via third-party providers (e.g., supported payment providers, BTC gateways);
- Comply with legal obligations, regulatory requests, or law enforcement requirements;
- Ensure proper operation and security of the Service.
10.4. Data Retention & Removal
We retain your account and monitoring data for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to request account deletion or data removal, please submit a ticket via: https://ticket.uptybots.com. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
11. Security & User Responsibilities
UptyBots.com implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and account information. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transmitting data over the Internet.
11.1. Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
- You agree to use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
- You must not share your login details with third parties or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not they were authorized by you.
11.2. Unauthorized Access & Security Breaches

11.3. No Liability for Compromised Accounts
UptyBots.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, credential sharing, or user negligence. You understand and agree that ensuring the security of your account is your sole responsibility.
12. Limitation of Liability & “As Is” Disclaimer
The UptyBots.com Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
12.1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
While UptyBots.com strives to provide accurate and timely monitoring results, we do not guarantee that the data, alerts, or reports provided by the Service are free of errors, delays, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that monitoring results may depend on external factors beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure, network reliability, and system availability.
12.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UptyBots.com, its developers, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:
- Use or inability to use the Service;
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities;
- Data corruption, deletion, or unauthorized access;
- Service downtime, delays, or unexpected interruptions;
- Actions or inactions of third-party providers, APIs, or external monitoring targets.
12.3. User Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided by the Service. UptyBots.com shall not be held liable for any financial, technical, or reputational damages resulting from your reliance on monitoring results or reports generated by the Service.
12.4. Indemnification
By using the Service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UptyBots.com and its contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of your account.
13. Third-Party Services & Integrations
UptyBots.com relies on certain third-party services and integrations to provide payment processing, monitoring, notifications, and other features within the Service. By using UptyBots.com, you acknowledge and agree that we do not control and are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of any third-party services.
13.1. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments for subscriptions and credits are processed securely via trusted third-party providers, including supported payment providers and cryptocurrency gateways (BTC). By using these payment methods, you agree to be bound by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
13.2. Third-Party Monitoring Dependencies
UptyBots.com may rely on external APIs, DNS providers, SSL verification authorities, or other network services to deliver accurate monitoring results. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of any data obtained from third-party sources.
13.3. No Responsibility for Third-Party Failures
UptyBots.com shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, or errors caused by third-party service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or data inaccuracies. 13.4. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any third-party terms and conditions before using integrations or services provided through UptyBots.com. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of potential risks associated with third-party dependencies.
14. Changes to Pricing & Billing
UptyBots.com reserves the right to modify pricing, billing methods, subscription plans, and credit costs at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes before they take effect.
14.1. Pricing Adjustments
Prices for subscriptions, monitoring credits, and other services may change over time due to operational costs, infrastructure upgrades, or market conditions. Updated pricing will be published on the UptyBots.com website and reflected on your billing dashboard.
14.2. Advance Notifications
For active subscriptions, we will attempt to provide prior notice of at least 7 days before any price changes become effective. Notifications may be delivered via email, dashboard alerts, or both.
14.3. Subscription Renewals
If you have an active subscription, it will automatically renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
14.4. Credit-Based Billing
For accounts using monitoring credits, your balance will decrease based on active monitors at the current rate. Updated credit consumption rates will be displayed on your dashboard. If you disagree with the new rates, you may stop using the Service at any time.
14.5. Disputes & Billing Support
If you believe there is an error in your billing or subscription charges, you must submit a ticket within 7 days of the charge date via: https://ticket.uptybots.com. We will review your request individually and provide an appropriate response.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
By using UptyBots.com, you acknowledge and agree that the Service is operated on an “as is” basis and does not represent a registered legal entity or company. These Terms are provided for informational purposes only and define the rules under which you may use the Service.
15.1. Governing Principles
Since UptyBots.com is operated without a registered business entity or physical address, you agree that these Terms shall be interpreted based on internationally accepted principles of online services usage and good-faith agreements between users and service providers.
15.2. Dispute Resolution Process
If you have any concerns, complaints, or disputes related to the Service, you must first attempt to resolve them directly with us by submitting a ticket through our support system: https://ticket.uptybots.com.
We will review your request individually and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Since UptyBots.com is not a registered company, you agree that dispute resolution will be handled on a best-effort basis and outside of any formal court or jurisdiction.
15.3. Limitation of Claims
You agree that any claims or disputes related to your use of the Service must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed or considered.
15.4. Good Faith Agreement
By continuing to use UptyBots.com, you acknowledge that the Service is provided voluntarily and “as is.” You agree to act in good faith when resolving disputes and understand that our liability is strictly limited as described in Section 12 of these Terms.
16. Restricted Countries
UptyBots.com complies with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations and does not provide services to users located in or associated with countries, regions, or entities that are subject to U.S. trade sanctions or restrictions.
By using UptyBots.com, you confirm and guarantee that you are not located in, not a resident of, and not accessing the Service from any country or region currently under comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to:
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Cuba
- Russia
- Any other jurisdictions prohibited by OFAC or other applicable sanctions authorities
UptyBots.com reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are operating in violation of these restrictions.
